I might be visiting the USA in May this year. Apparently you have to get a travel visa or something even for a short holiday now?

Also apparently visas get rejected if you have drugs offences on your police record. I happen to have a caution for a class C substance so was wondering if anyone had any idea if this would give me trouble getting into the states for a week.

A caution isn't the same as a conviction but does count as a criminal record and an admission of guilt/criminal behaviour.l

Last time I checked you have to pre-apply to the US embassy for a Visa even if you had a caution.
