New Here: Basic Do's and Dont's?

Here's the thing:

We're planning a party for the not too distant future in an abandoned building.

Our plan is:

rent a small generator
buy a fire extinguisher
set up a mates speakers
bosh a load of people in.


can anyone tell me the basic dos and don'ts?

i would ideally like to not be arrested or have any equipment taken
