so what are you views? ....
alot of people would say that prostitutaion is bad .. and i on the whole would agree .. alltho i can't admit to following my morals (as i would be lieing) don't really have much to say on the subject but woukld really like to hear other peoples opinions ... i know some prossies are forced into doing what they do either cos of dodgy importation .. and by that i mean people smugglers ... and that is the darker side of this dark business ... but there must be some people that enjoy it ... it has allways facinated me, the life decisions a "whore" must have to make. i know they must get alot of cash .. (well the ones in "decent" working conditions anyway eg. not crack "whores" ect.) or by drugs as is the more common concept of a prostitute ... i guess my stance is that it's ok for some one to be a prostitute and sell them selfs and get a prostitue and buy some one ... IF it is there own decision ... and they haven't been forced into it by other sercumstances ... but how can you ever tell the reasons why some one got into selling them selves for cash with out actualy paying them b4 you find out? ...

You thinking of getting one then Hype? i'd go with the back page escorts if i were you. Less chance of them being 'crack-whores' or ' sex-slaves'.
Usually a conversation with em before hand will tell you all you need to know.

i fear it's too late :hopeless:
she said she liked england too much ... thats her reasons ... witch is why i asked the question about reasons ... as alltho she wasn't "smuggled" into england ... her reasons were that she did that job in order to get monny to live over here (she was lithuanian) .. but the thing that perplexes me slightly is that i am sure there are many other jobs she could do to get cash to live here .. is it just the "massive" amount of cash she gets in comparison to other jobs that made her choose that profesian do you think?

M8 tbh it's sounds like she just likes sex. Alot of prossies actually do it cos they love sex and hell getting paid to do something you love ain't all bad innit, Plus it's an easy option ain't it.
Was she fit then? :weee:

the wider problem is capitalism... until recently if people wanted casual sex they just had it without payment being expected..
I've lived in two towns/aspiring cities (Reading and Ipswich) where there has been problems associated with the sex industry, which has subsequently been subject to intense scrutiny by the cops and other authorities. yes some sex workers do get a fair bit of cash and are working willingly but their revenues are being driven down by competition from the trafficked women.
Its the same as any high competition industry worldwide...
This has even happened even in the more "liberal" European nations such as NL etc to the point where they are reconsidering their approach (other Scandinavian nations have already tightened up their laws!)
Also a lot of foreign women might be desparate enough not to admit being unhappy to a punter, in case he decides to get a pang of conscience, walk away, and talk to the cops, as it would result in their detention and deportation... even if they aren't trafficked they may be illegal, I don't think BIA issue work permits for sex workers and not all EU is equal, there is a extra registration stage for the immigrants from the poorer countries..
the deeper issue and one what is far worse is that our competitive society has made it far harder for younger people to get and keep constructive relationships - in the 80s / 90s girls were encouraged to treat lads as a source of income and to be constantly dissatisfied with their partners - so lads have struck back against feminism/womens rights, hence the resurgence of misogyny and otherwise "decent" young men using the sex industry (it seems also many do so as a reprisal against a bad experience after a "normal" relationship)
in the 80s only a sad old man would have used a hooker, but times changed around the late 1990s...

Im afraid DRUGS are the main reason women start to sell their bodies. Certainly the street prostitutes anyway. Its a complicated issue which the human race doesnt seem to be able to solve, as its the oldest profession im sure people have tried many things to deal with it.
We need to deal with it by looking at it from all angles and trying to solve in a cordinated way. There seems to be a multitude of charities, goverment bodies and the police looking at the same time and each area is tackling it in a differnet way or not at all... legalisation would help us protect the girls and clients and move the trade off the streets to a proper environment. A proper look at how the girls get into the drugs which often leads to prostitution would also be a good place to start. And robust policing for curb crawlers to dicourage the practice.
All these are being done have been done or are being looked at for the future, but its bigger than just prostitution itself...
God i go on !!! sry
If that made sense at all id be amazed.
Ive just read it back, i dont actually say anything heheh i must just like typing :you_crazy

Did my post look like i was agains drugs !!
This is not the case, but my comment still stands, crack heroin and other highly addictive daily usage drugs do require lots of money to support the habbit, one of the ways is prostitution.

I agree, I'd guess alcohol, peer pressure, drugs are more to blame. I really couldn't care less about what someone else decides to do with their body.
Prostitution - one of the oldest trades.
My stand on it is if these women decide to do it without being pushed into it or using it as a last resort, aslong as they are safe etc etc, then let them. [shrugs]
