Really Bad Comedowns

has anyone had a really bad comedown before where they feel like there life is worthless ad all that shit? i had 1 on coke a while back. cant even explain the horrendousnes of what i felt. i didnt even know what i felt other that i was practicly screaming inside. i started running outside crying for ages. iv suffered from deppression when i was a lot younger but even then i never felt as bad as that. never in my life. but then i went to sleep and when i woke up was alright. just wanna know why it happens really and if anyone else has had simelar experiances:crazy_diz

too many to mention, best advice is to have a break off rugs for a while. im feeling a bit pickled at the mo too, not down, just fucking tired and feel like my heads gonna fall off or explode.

yeah a whole year of caining it can take its toll. mind you it could quite easily just have been last weekends lack of sleep catching up with me.:wink:

Comedowns for me are usually just where I can't be arsed to do anything, and am completely anti-social. I remember waking up after 3 days straight of caning it a few months back really needing a piss, but I just could not be arsed to do it, or anything else for that matter...I was actually just sat up in my bed for a good 2 hours, badly needing a piss, but unable to get the motivation to get out of bed...:you_crazy

I used to get paranoid quite badly, but I believe that was due to me, not the drugs, the comedown just seemed to bring it to the surface? Either way I seemed to have moved past that stage now :)

Bad Comedowns? Bottle of vodka usually does it for me,hangover is usually ever so slightly easier to deal with than the comedown.

God I used to have bad comedowns - hence why I turned into a Smackhead for years (now clean though).

It started with Paranoia on the comedown, then paranoia on drugs then I went clean and still got paranoid and then I was completely paranoid for no reason (it took about 3 years for the paranoia to go completely).

I'm not suggesting that you take such a life stealing substance as heroin but concider taking a break before the comedowns get any worse and the paranoia sets in.

I think some people get the paranoia alot worse than others. for me it was never a problem on the comedown uless i smoked weed to try and feel better. getting disgracefully drunk always does the job for me:wink:... a few stiff drinks tend to get rid of the 'anti social' feelings, and your inhibitions are once again thrown out the window:laugh_at: party on!!:crazy_dru

My last comedown was proper horrific, i actually felt like getting in the bath with a toaster, so much so that i'm having a long ol break off the persians (Nod to DjProcess!).


Shows how well it's working so far, got paid last friday and didn't go out and i've still got a nice lump of cash left. It's amazing really to think this is the first time in years that i've managed to achieve this. :weee:

Oh yeah a full week without smoking as well, No Alan Carr for me though, just cheap nicotine gum from Poundland and those manky pictures are enough for me! :laugh_at:
