I've upgraded our party pictures archive to new software which includes a pretty stunning slideshow applet called Piclens aka Cooliris (http://www.cooliris.com/) which makes browsing large numbers of images a breeze. You can access these slideshows through the Album Actions drop down menu to the left of any album or link to directly by simply adding 'slideshow.html' at the end of the album's URL. Theres an options menu at the bottom right which controls speed and looping. And you can upgrade for free to a more powerful version of the applet which works in 3d by going to it's homepage...
