not sure what im doing at the moment mate... might even be doing overtime at work! :yakk: as im so skint, or my parentals might be coming up and as i havent seen them for about a year or so i should make the effort really... didnt you say on SF that your not going out now anyway? also i wanted to pass the info onto a few mates that i know round that area as well...

i'm goin viewin a yosegaki flag but i'll be about in the eve & night.

goin to stop usin that sf site coz the manchester scene gives us fuck all support. i spen fuck loads of time on the estate where most of the manchester party people live and yet they give ahc fuck all support.

yeah they pretty much seem to only go to nights/parties/festies that they are involved in or put on them selves i think, but ive never met them so could be talking out of my arse. Its fair enough i suppose they seem pretty busy. TBF ive never been to one of thier parties always wanted to, but something always seems to come up and for me its a bit of a way to travel esp if there is something else going on same weekend right on my doorstep! They seem sound enough, im gonna go and say hello cause i think they've got a cafe/rig at Shambala. SF doesnt have many active members on the actual site, but they've got a large mailing list, which is good for spreading the word...

theres about 4 crews in manchester they all seem to work together and they dont seem to go out of that circle
were only about 6-7 miles from manchester but we have found the sheffield scene alot more welcoming. i've never had an invite to a sf party or any of the manchester scene partys. though i must admit Gash did ask us what we was availible fof Gash fest but we had commited to mozfest & boomoff b4 the mozfest date changes.

innercitytechno & pcybass are the crews we seem to work best with and have all suported eachother over the last couple of years

well its a free party aint it, everyone should be welcome, punters, rigs, performers and artists...

I think that the problem is that with the current climate of the antirave brigade people/rigs are quite protective over thier own little scene/group that they've got going and they want to protect it by insuring things dont get out of hand or too big, this can come across as being a bit clique, but i think most systems have good intentions of protecting their own scene as well as the main one too (i hope).

definitely too many crews just seem to wanna sell as much drugs as possible to fund a big badged rig and show off that there's cost more than everyone else's :you_crazy

luckily ive never encountered that in sheff with the rigs i know. Its all about having a good party not showing off! :you_crazy:

egos piss me off, we should just all be gettin out there n havin a laff. at the last party in sheff two older lads were djin on the tower of power rig (not top lads), n i asked if i could play a couple of records to finnish off the reply i got was "you go n sit down you, yea jog on" was fironic when they came over to pcybass later as the ahc decks n bass bins were in with pcybass he asked for a set. "you go n sit down and jog on" I said.
