is this what your after? we dont have those names over here, so I just googled it......
~( I'm guessing if its a 7.5mg tablet it'll be 1 1/2 times what they put in the 5mg if they dont have a 7.5 on the list below)

ah! just found on wiki that 'acetaminophen' is paracetamol,
they do that here, put it in coedine / opiates so you cant take too many otherwise you'll od on the paracetamol or damage your liver - in order to prevent abuse

They do it pretty much everywhere, both to prevent abuse and because NSAIDs are pretty great painkillers on their own. When they really want to stop abuse they put in caffine, as you can't cold water extract it away.
Remember, no drinking as large doses of parmacetamol and booze will fry your liver, and other than that have fun.
