Whipped Cream Chargers and NO2 or N2O

After some brief searching, Im still not sure on the actual law of these.

So can I posses the whipper (obviously) and the chargers, even in the boot of my car without suspicion of supplying balloons, even If I have them too?

Am I right in thinking I can only be done If Im holding a balloon with nos In?

Basically, give me the summary :)

i think its just illegal to sell them for the purpose of being inhaled, to be honest I doubt you would actually get arrested for doing/selling them, but you never know.

In the UK possesion of nitrous for non-inhalant use is legal for those over 18. It is illegal to inhale nitrous oxide though this is rarely enforced and it is illegal to sell nitrous to those under 18. Nitrous charger sales over the internet make the age limits difficult to enforce

so looks like unless they see you actually doing it your ok.

You mean a whipper? The chargers are the actual canisters.

You can make alot of money from these things... Even more with the new 16g chargers, which are better value for money, plus your selling them in 2s effectively and doubling your yield.

This post is a bit old but figured someone will ask this again at some point...

In general, there is no law against carrying, distributing, inhaling nitrous oxide (aka Whip Cream Chargers or Laughing Gas) and I find it hard to believe that someone will even care. I spoke to a guy who followed the Phish tour in 2003 and made $10000 a week selling baloons outside each venue.

That said, problems may arise if something happens to one of the people who inhaled it at the show. At which point authorities can detain anyone involved for further questioning and try to charge you with something. Now, is it going to "stick" in court? depends on your attorney, etc. There are also chances that you will never be found (unless you pay for a spot or something).

So, bottom line there is always risk, as there is for someone who is selling alcohol, etc. At this point it becomes a very personal question of whether or not "the juice is worth the squeeze"...

Disclaimer: I am not an attorney but an industry veteran. If you intend on making a "business" out of it I would definitely consult with a local attorney (I did) at your home state and verify the specific laws for your state. Spend the extra $100 for 15 minutes with the guy and you will know for sure.

I can have them sober, but don't really appeal to me these days. It's weird, I used to do loads, then suddenly I couldn't have them from a balloon without gagging and alot of the time being sick. So i had them straight out the whipper after that for a while. But even that makes me gag now. All in my head im sure, but 9/10 i will be physically sick. Really annoying lol.
