Peppermint can get u into glade for free and with backstage passes. I done it for 06 and only sorted it out a week before hand. All you have to do is work a couple bar shifts.

This is my first glade, and I see on the bit of paper with my ticket it says you cant take any alcohol in?! I guess if it says this then it must be true. Of course you could sneak some in, but I was under the impression you could take a few crates or whatever and they where fine with it.raaa

Anyone know if this is defiantely correct that you cant take your own? If so I hope there's is well cheap. :cry: I know lots of other festivals are fine with you takin your own?

To be honest i never really saw many walking in with crates of booze, the gates get fairly slack throughout the weekend there though, so u can keep going back to the car and getting more (thats if you have a car), if not then.....

At Glade we have a number of well stocked bars serving fine wines, to ale, to cocktails to spirits and a good cold pint of lager.

If you do want to bring your own alcohol you can up to 10pm Thursday. After this time you will have to buy alcohol from the bars as we are a fully licenced event.

This is what you are allowed to bring with you:

PER PERSON

12 X CANS OF BEER

OR 2 X BOTTLES OF WINE

OR 6 X CANS OF BEER AND 1 X BOTTLE OF WINE

NO SPIRITS

NO GLASS WHATSOEVER SO BRING WINE IN BOXES OR PLASTIC BOTTLES!
