Just got back from London

well, a couple of hours to go

first time i've been really, well second but i was about 6 the first time. it was pretty interestin. camden market was good to wander round but everythin was bare expensive so i didnt buy anythin, apart from some well nice south african curry from a food stall

went to a really nice mexican - Wahaca near convent gardens. they did like mexican tapas style dishes, so we got 15 between 5 of us, no mexican compares, proper nice food

as for nightlife, i couldnt even get into pubs, let alone get served. even at 6pm, pubs were "no under 18's" and despite bein with my family they id'ed me seperately. i thought this was really odd, i've never been ID'ed in manchester, leeds, cardiff, hull, grimsby, york or around here, and normally if you're with family goin into a pub they wont check, i was with uncles n that!

it was really strict. i've never ever seen so many police about either! random vans with 8 coppers in the back, no street without coppers wanderin about

i quite liked it, but couldnt live there.. everythin was well expensive, £3-3.50 a pint?!

grimsby bought 25,000 fans down, seein as it's so far and london is so expensive (average income is fuck all in grimsby) that aint bad!

we lost though, to MK Dons, new wembley is alright, MK dons didnt sing cos they shouldnt have existed anyway (wimbledon, anyone?!)

london sucks boothy. been down here for 3 years now and although it has shit loads of variety you cant do anything without digging deep into your pcokets. In Norfolk for a bit and even though Im a citylad at heart I really love the contrast... much better scenery to get mashed in too!

Camden must have tightened up - I practically lived there at the weekend when I was 15 - 18 and always got served - but maybe coz I am a girl? dunno sometimes that seems the case-


used to love it, thought it was 'magical' (either that or it was all those those pinky's / speed pills :wink: )

but ended up living up the road in Belsize park on and off from 18 - 23 and it was then that I could see it for the shit hole it really is
still go occasionally but under no illusion as to what it is now - :hopeless:

Yeah man when i went down there for a long weekend, I noticed alot of rich folk when i was out and about. Remember one extremely posh woman complain about the icecubes in her drink and demanded to be told what water they were made out of, when told they were tap water ice cubes she went fucking ballistic, Fucking nuts!!! :you_crazy

real "yuppies" (other than those what are gonna get made redundant in the bear market) often don't have time to piss around in Brighton these days, they would be still in their offices (particularly those working in technology or IT and who don't want to see their jobs bangalored)

its a strange plase is brighton used to love it in the 90s its still good you can meet some right caricters but its gone very yuppy. so has manchester though...

She was so bad, I actually wanted to put a urine ice cube in her handbag. Now if anyone ever annoys you and you want to respond in a childish evil way. Piss into some ice-cube trays and freeze. When frozen find a way where you can plant one on your victim, say under their chair or coat pocket etc. Thawing urine smells really really really bad and is like cat piss! I've done this immoral practice several times cos basically i am a total bastard and plus it's funny as fuck!! :good_evil
