You could either recone them, if you are any good, or just redriver them with some emminence or other such budget drivers (just check your TS parameters)

Numark OLD SKOOL mixer - needs some fixing up to use as a DJ mixer, but runs fine as a sound engineer final stage mix desk (gives you a bit of control over redlining DJs!!!)

Both Smokies puffin away nicely. As Mr AHC will testify, this kit is a little battle scarred, but for the price, well worth it. If your gig is legit, then you will need a PAT test for it, and I couldn't guarantee them passing. However, with a bit of wire wool and a clean up, they should do.

They were up at £10 the pair, with one controller. You both want one, Jake you said you could make a controller. £10 for the F700 OK?

Mr AHC - you can have the bigger one (F1200) but without the controller. Ten spot OK for you too?

Strobe wise, one is working, the other is bulbless, but I didn't want to jeopardise the bulb by transfering it to the other....both for a tenner?

As I said, I shoudl be Warrington bound in the next couple of weeks - happy to meet up.

Croydon wise - I couldn't guarantee that, but if you PM me I'll give you my number and we can arrange summat or pass it up...

Cheers Raj - that weekend was wrong for a number of reasons, not least the cat on saturday, and the news on Friday that I lost a mate in a car crash (going to the funeral today); got some bad shit going down at work, and had to take most of last week off with severe bad back.
