Bastard, I wanted to make the thread ;D

Yeah we go It. I was on a more active forum for this time of night, and it seems its mostly the top half of England.

Also, apprently if Its an eartquake, we should have another tremor in 3 to 4 hours.

It was fucking scary, I dont mind saying lol. The house shook and squeeked...

The neighbours are out now havin a chat hehe

Oh, btw, I was looking on the News sites, and I see that homosexulas have caused this... :you_crazy

"The US Geographical Survey's website reported a quake of the magnitude of 4.7 and said the epicentre was 30 miles (50km) south of Kingston-upon-Hull." ^^^

not sure if this was connected but the O2 mobile network went titsup some time late last night.

it was somewhat ironic explaining to my mum (currently in Kuala Lumpur) who was wondering why she couldn't get through that there had been an earthquake in England!

market rasen apparently, in lincolnshire. bet my relatives felt it bad then!

i thought it was quite excitin. bring on more small-scale no-damage earthquakes.

didn't notice it where I was last night...

the o2 comms fault was something unrelated though...

some old boy up North had a chimney fall on top of him and a few houses got damaged but its nothing like the quakes you get in SE Asia etc..

Hell yeah. I wanna experience one! A few years ago we had a slight tremor which lasted about 3seconds so that was crap.

Oh yeah best thing to happen around here was the Buncefield explosion couple years ago! i live right next to the site as well so it was a fun week!:weee:

ha ha yeah me and my mate were laughing about that...some of the quotes on the bbc website are well funny!

"David Somerset, 41, from Driffield near Beverley in East Yorkshire, said: "I have never felt one as strong as that one before. I was in my sitting room and the grandfather clock was rattling rather violently".

yeah. I felt it. It was pretty strong over here in Notts. It's a shame, cos I'm originally from Lincoln, so it would have been much stronger if I had been at home, lol. I was lying in bed trying to get 2 sleep, lol. At first, I just thought it was the next door neighbour having a really energetic shag/wank by the way everything was rattling, lol. Took me a couple of seconds to realise that it was a quake, lol. I wish we got them more often :P
