best thing you can do is be gentle but honest, no point in anything else hun, will just make things worse :group_hug

Umm try caring very much about two people at the same time, and they are both serious about you.
Leave one, the other gets hurt.
Leave both, I get hurt...

Oh I made myself so sick with stress on that one...now I'm starting to wonder if I made the right choice or not.
