The move to our new server is done and everything seems to be working. We had a glitch between friday night and sunday morning where the internet decided we lived in two places at once (the old and the new server) because a change we made wasn't applied correctly but as soon as that was corrected things went back to normal...

We changed because we were leasing the old box at a fixed price agreed a year ago which wasn't such good value anymore and our host wasn't interested in sorting us out. We were also running out of storage and processing power. So rather than delete files or cut back we moved to a new ISP and a significantly more powerful system for essentially the same monthly fee. Ironically our old host was hacked (http://www.theregister.co.uk/2007/09/19/layered_technologies_breach_disclosure/) a week after we moved which I take as further vindication moving was a good thing...

looks like you picked just the right time..
And having studied some of the classics in school I did wonder about this..
(In Greek Mythology, Cerberus is the three-headed dog who stood guard over Hades. So why would marketers name a support desk app after a vicious canine responsible for tormenting damned souls trying to escape their frigid confines?)
