was a few years ago that i went, but it wasn't a 'glade' vibe... a lot of people using mushrooms, but also a lot of children around and a lot of stuff to see and do that was more interesting than drugs...

My Bro' went withy his wife and their kid a few years back and managed to get so off his head he said he wasn't sure if he was seeing, hearing or smelling stuff that was happening to him (LSDMDMAK 47!) on saturday night, but still managed to get involved in the circus skills workshops throughout the weekend.

I turned up on sunday when security wasn't quite as tight but to be fair they state their aims vary clearly on the website - "We love free parties, but this isn't one".

I felt quite bad sneaking in because I didn't want to contribute to the end of the festi, but I was very happy that I did because everybody was so friendly and up-for-it.

A real north-south linkup as most ravers came from either bristol or sheffield.

Its an ace 'little' fesi, just right size, really good atmosphere.

Yes its quite family oriented, but loads of party-heads have families now so why not. Seemed to me to be family fun in the day and party at night (a generalisation but you get the drift).

Take some fancy dress, great fun, loads of people make the effort.

Would definatly reccomend, have fun, may see you there! :weee:
