http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/ysearch/slurp/index.html
it's how search engine get their listings
spiders are the things that index all the web pages for search engines and 'spin' the web:wink:
I find that listening to an audio book at bedtime helps me go to sleep or maybe some soothing music..stops my mind going round in ever decreasing circles and keeping me awake.
I also suffer from pain all day and make a point of taking a painkiller immediately before bedtime as this helps me drop off [I tend to try and avoid taking the painkillers all day if possible but at night its essential for sleep:hopeless:]

Could be becasue of your OP that you aren't sleeping to well.
I find that when i can't sleep its usually down to something on my mind, usually i dont realise that something is bothering me until i have it resolved and get back to sleeping properly
I also find feeling down doesn't help with sleeping either

Thats deffo it,
When I'm worried my sleep is always the first thing to go -
most of the time it takes me a while to work out whats going on as it is usually subconcious - but this time its pretty easy!

i find that melatonin is a good and sort of natural sleep aidhttp://www.melatonin-info.co.uk/failing that VALIUM!
I've had real trouble the last couple of nights too, my insomnia seems to come in cycles of a few years.

try melatonin it does work and doesnt leave you feeling drowsy the next day. Also its a natural hormone that your body produces to regulate your circadian cycle (body clock) so its sort of natural... added bonus it can also give you some very strang dreams...

Haven't been able to drift off at all this week, I just can't get a certain someone out of my head, when I really shouldn't be thinkin about them at all.
So I find myself lifting weights or doing press-ups at three in the morning!

Oh mate, that sucks, wanting someone you shouldn't. Is it def that you shouldn't?

Is it def that you shouldn't? Well, this is the thing - I don't know! Hence the predicament. As much as I say to myself "forget about it for both your sakes" I counterbalance it with "You gonna let someone like this just pass by? Just like that? Are you mad?!"
I'm not very good at this sort of thing!

Oh babe, none of us are great at this sort of thing, emotions can turn all of us into wrecks :hopeless:
Without specifics I don't really know what to say, but realistic, careful thought and givin it some time would seem to be the order of the day, also the 'what if . . .' game could be useful?
My sympathies :group_hug
