In addition, you may be liable to prosecution either under the terms of Environmental Health and/or Health and Safety legislation. In the event of you proceeding with such an event, in addition, the Police have powers under, amongst other legislation, the Licensing Act 2003 to close any premises in which an event is being held without notice.
It is therefore imperative that you do not persist in holding this event, and that any such event is cancelled or postponed until the necessary legal requirements to hold such an event are met
