I was wondering if anybody could remember the first track/tune that they heard that made them see Dance music(House,Acid,Techno, etc) as there preferred style of music to listen to,I can remember mine twas- ITS OK by THE FORCE in 1986 I immediately went out after hearing it and found it on a Rob Olsen Chicago jack beat album totaly blew my head away and(if I was back home)I still listen to it thoe I have to admit it sounds so simple/primitive compared to the sounds that are created now.

I WAS ONLY 4 raaa .....teehee!! You old Buggar!! xxxx :devil_wag :devil_wagI heard that track in Leeds in a club that use to be called Studio 1-2 which was as you came down the bottom of scotthall rd and harrogate rd and and headed in to town it was on the righthand side, the building is still there I can remember it like it was yesterday we were in the club in the day time as a mate Marco's dad owned it and a black lad called Hutchy who dj'd there said listen to this and it just (excuse the pun)hit a chord with me I went straight out and brought it....listen to me going on like an old codger about the good old days "they dont make tunes like they use to you young buggers" ...well they actualy do make tunes a lot better now some of that first stuff when you listen to it now is absolute Shite thoe there are timeless tracks that in a hundred years will still do the Business raaaraaaraaaraaa!
