Rolling

ROLLING is a documentary-style journey through the Los Angeles underground party scene. Eight users' lives intersect over the course of a 24 hour period and have an experience they will never forget.

A med student, a teenage runaway, a lawyer, a drag queen, a high school basketball player, a drug dealer, and a teacher all cross paths in the Ecstasy-riddled L.A. underground party scene. Rolling is a turbulent journey that takes a tough yet entertaining look at this unique drug phenomenon. With the pace and style of a documentary, Rolling captures the essence of Ecstasy culture, exposing the delicate balance of relationships and responsibilities with chasing this drug-induced euphoria.

Thinking about it this sounds similar to Loved Up...

The first time Sarah tries drugs is the first time she goes out with Tim, who was a customer of hers in the Dew Drop Inn Cafe. Tom is sweet and cool and after one night, she moves in with him; leaving behind her alcoholic mother and younger sister, Karen. For a while life is great and drugs are just part of the deal and most of the fun. But then things start getting complicated and she's not sure if she can handle it - there's one rave too many, a bad trip and she gets roughed up while doing a drop off for their dealer. Also, events at home mean that she cant block it out any longer: her mum needs her and Karen needs her. In turn, Sarah needs Tom, but will he - or can he- be there for Sarah?

i dunno xtc is overrated, gimme a good hallucingen like mescaline any day and "then put all ur emotions in a centrofuge", doesnt look like its gonna show what the drugs actually do, and will prob just hone on in someone dieing, cos someone put rat poison in a pill or they didnt drink any water all night
