Ok Well you guys no that im 15 ne ways im trying to figure out how come i took 35-40 extra strong tylonal to O.D why it didnt work im so confused and i would really like to no for reasons:yawn:

the symptoms of a paracetamol (acetaminophen) overdose do not appear immediately, it is also a painful way to go which doesn't kill quickly and cleanly but causes organ failure.

I don't know what is going on in your life or why you did this, but I would strongly suggest you call 911 now.... you may only have a few hours in which to make this decision.

Glad to hear you are OK and this was in the past feared the worst there as its not uncommon on any forum to get people mentioning suicide attempts after going through bad things in their life.

Not being a medical professional nor knowing the exact strength of OTC drugs sold in Canada (as opposed to the UK, where I live) I cannot give an exact answer; although the amount of paracetamol put in individual packets (as a total of all the tablets) has been restricted in some countries (despite the "extra strength" brandings).

Also, to protect this board and our users I would suggest there is no further speculation here from anybody on what may or may not be a lethal dose for a human.

If, however you are asking this because of your sports injury and are worried about taking too many painkillers, I would suggest you follow the directions on the packet (or see a medical professional if you are still in pain..)

just today i have done my A2 exam when i had to act(basically be someone and think like them) being someone who is just about to commit suicide and it was the hardest thing to do, being from that perspective (porbably not all the way, obviously) its a horrible place to be and u have my sympathy and i really hope u get better and realise that life is worth living and that we all have something to live for if we find it, and its that finding that is the hard thing to do.
Please dont give up or give in, its never worth it, and remember alltho we are talking thro this plasticy internet, we are all human and we all stick together and we are ur friends

Is it possible that the form of paracetamol they sell in Canada comes with the chemical required to enable its easy metabolism [and prevent any paracetamol poisoning] already included in the tablets.

You would have to ask your Dr to find out if this is the case

It is possible to get this form of paracetamol in the UK but I believe it is prescription only :you_crazy:you_crazy. Its name is paradote if you are interested.

well....if the paracetemol didnt work u can always go and hang urself, cut ur wrists, or just drink loads of hydrochloric acid, or jump in the way of traffic, or lawnmower ur self(braindead style) or jump off a cliff, or throw urself off a cliff, or shoot urself, or swim with sharks or allifators, or alligators with sharks bound on to their back, there are loadsa ways to kill urself, if 40 doesnt work
fuck it try 200, ur not gonna need money in the afterlife, just go fucking wild try skydiving, without a parachute (to avoid a legal case, i dont mean for u to do anythese, they are only suggestions without mean) anyway good luck with it!
