If it's what I'm thinking of then it was less of a "partyvibe party" and more of a meet up at a festival. I couldn'g get there in the end (later found out that there was someone willing to drive but they didn't read my message until late).

Would be a top idea. Although, like USE says, there are so many members from all over the world it would be hard to make it accessible to everyone.

I was thinking at the weekend whilst looking out towards the North Sea that Dr Bunsen and Angel are only the other side of this...

it would be worth meeting up maybe in a couple of summers - Dr Bunsen's travelling options and spare time may be somewhat limited in the next few months with the new arrival..

Apparently you can get flights to NL for £29 from here (unless one of us on the East coast of England knows anybody with a spare boat who is prepared to take us to Europe and back and has their head screwed on enough not to land us in Davy Jones locker)...

the partyvibe party could in no way be held in the uk. Could picture it now, hundreds of user's come from all over the world to be turned away by the ob. Then the next day in the chat forum all the arguments over why it was held in that location.

I say if there was gonna be a PV party it would have to be away from uk law.

any event directly associated with this site or any website would have to be legal anyway; otherwise the cops are going to take action against both the event and the site/hosting company.

It is no longer possible to use the Internet for blatantly advocating any sort of illegal activity.

There is also the TENS system which seems to be working at the moment and is a reasonable compromise for putting on licensed "rave-type discos" as the cops like calling these events..

That said at present lack of decent legal venues would be still be a problem in this country.

Most of the partyvibe users is living in the UK,i wouldent mind saving some of the money i dont have anyway to meet you all..
