The Bestival have changed their plans and decided to ask people not to dress as clowns this year after some ticket holders said they are too scared of clowns to be able to come http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/hampshire/5161252.stm

it might sound like people are making it up, but a friend's two year old daughter saw clowns for the first time recently and literally shat herself :hopeless:

a couple of days later she heard some music very similar to what was being played when the clowns came up and she vomitted with fear :yakk:

clowns, eh?

I'm not that surprised. They are a bit otherworldly.

clowns and doll's can look evil, esp if you've been out on one
for some reason my mum has collected a few and when I lived at home friends refused to sleep in the same room as them as they would wake in the night and be faced with thes3 evil looking things
not nice
