i'm pretty sure that it doesnt require a lisence, as it is a free community event. i may be wrong tho, i'll check and post a proper answer after tuesdays meeting. we had to submit a detailed proposal to the concil, including crowd control, stewarding, risk assessment, health and safety and a site plan, but the council have said we can crank it as much as we like as its under a wall and next to a road (and only goes on til 9). i think we are gonna be moderate tho, as we have a feeling that the council are trying to give us enough rope to hang ourselves, if you catch my drift.

i dont beleive i own a green feathered cap, but i may have been fucked and borrowed someone elses. why? are you talking about a specific pic? this is me:http://i52.photobucket.com/albums/g39/usemal/austinmarch076.jpg

Not long now, this should be a right cracker. The only thing is I've got to work untill 5.3O, but hey thats life. My only worry is that if loads of pissed football thugs coming and ruining the whole thing. Hopefully it all goes fine, see you on the beach!
