so come on then, anyone else go? i guess 30 rigs (if u count the link-up as about 10ish), an probably 4000-6000 people when we got there, at about 3ish sunday mornin.

we spent most of our time in front of the armada rig, with spells at the tossers(interesting name 4 a sound system!) and deep cartel(right music no people). it was pretty good but probably 100 miles too far south for us. if it really is a uk tek, it needs to be within reach of northerners too(we're midlands and it was a real drag)

respect to our indomitable driver, the count (that is the correct spellin!).

still, twas fuckin huge an a bit scarey. Worth a visit jus for the spectacle!:omg: :horay:

Came down from Brighton, only about 200 miles, long fuckin journey, but well worth it!

Got there about 1am Sunday and police had blocked off the road so had to trek about a mile. Don’t think there were quite 4000 people, but it was absolutely massive with loads of rigs.

Trekked back to the car about 7am Sunday and police were gone so quickly drove to the site to set up the tent.

Loved the laser show Sunday night including the fireworks but had to leave Monday afternoon due to work the next day. Anyone know how long it went on for?

ob said there were 2000 peeps settin up, never mind punters, an they generally play numbers down. also media reports suggest 4k. did u go all the way down the road?

I've worked as a techie, on shows an stuff, for many years, an i reckon to be a pretty good judge. 4k was my minimum

oh also, we did the same thing as u. pullin up short an walkin in, then drivin on site later when it was clear ob were just powerless. wud have loved to have been there when the crowd forced 2 coppers to flee. ha ha ha.

Don't think I did. Did it go all the way into the forest? Does anyone know if this report is true, about the people getting arrested that is? –

Don't know if the tune in question is Ed Cox, but he is DEFINITELY my kind of mentalist!:crazy_fre

well there was a massive rave this weekend, i dunno if it classed as a teknival though.

and whenever it is, i'd guess not norfolk, from what i've gathered there's massive clampdowns in norfolk, suffolk and essex.

Wow, can't believe I missed a Teknival in my own county! How come I've only found out about it now!?

And if that was Ed Cox playing in the video with the accordian breakcore, I may have to kick myself in the face! It was bad enough he pulled out of Glade this year!

Is there another Teknival coming up soon? Please be in Cornwall again and please have Mr Cox playing!

it was a very very good teknival, dissident and dmt rinsed out some of the best gabba, hardtek ive heard in along time, spent quite a lot of time at retox and armada (as they are our local conaseurs of music)
