I had a burns supper in my work at lunchtime today and had ma haggis neeps an tatties.. yum...

I also got roped into reciting one of his poems.... to a mouse.. was a giggle...

you won't believe this but the moment after I posted this thread the filters at my work blocked it as pr0n!

the filters are fairly harsh and do trigger falsely quite often (for instance when the words "sex-mad" were used in the workplace bullying thread that thread got blocked)

but I cannot see what could have triggered it here, unless the kilt and sporran have been declared "immodest garments" by the filtering company ?!

the software in use is Clearswift Mimesweeper for Web.

I reckon all Scots companies should boycott this product until this is sorted out!

this happened when I opened the thread posted it and then the "access denied" - "porn detected" warning page came up :surprised

all I had mentioned was the words haggis, kilt and sporran. I wonder how many people on Scots messageboards must have got hassle from this?! must have shocked a few people at their work...

Clearswift has loads of public and private sector clients as well...

I reckon any patriotic Scots IT professionals on here should all complain to them and the Press that their national costume is being classed as "kinky gear"!
