i dont think anyone here will. i dont think you are 'where the lord wants you'. if he has resorted to sending people like you to tell people in england about a freak christian gathering in america, well he cant have a lot of work on his desk. maybe he needs a hobby, or to invest in the red light district.

well i took a 5-htp + two full capsules of valerian root to try n sleep.

ever tried sleep aids?
