thanks mate, i got a jesters hat somewhere. unfortunatley when i was about 8-10, someone in school tried to snatch it off me and ripped a big hole/tear down it. i was quite upset about it

the heddlu might be plodding about making sure they do age checks as part of the license conditions.

there are a shedload of psy-trance festivals in Wales anyway, some of which are more tolerant to younger people.

Although I understand licensing laws have to be obeyed, there is no reason IMO why the 16-18 age group should not be permitted in raves as thats when I first started becoming interested in the scene myself.
