Let me be very clear about this because some of us seem to be missing the point:
1. Selling drugs on party vibe is not allowed... 2. If you try you will be banned!

yeah this needed to be done ... people who have nothing to do with pv coming on to sell drugs is ridikulas (alltho even any one from pv shouldn't do this .. i think the majority are wise enought to know that sellnig drugs is a bad idea)... theese people could of really brought it on top for the people running this place ... not on tbh ... and as some one mentioned in the other thread ... it doesn't do the chance/swiftness of an illigalisation prossess any favors either

Good on ya Bunsen. This is what i thought was gonna happen with that bloody drone thread. Glad you're taking some action now fella!
(Can i still advertise my body on here though?) --- Last Night was an A1, tip-top, clubbing, jam fair. It was a sandwich of fun, on ecstasy bread, wrapped up in a big bag like disco fudge. we gave people a chance, asked them to be discreet but everyone was still stubbornly blatant and it was turning into a online turf war between sellers.
this is a very high profile website which has been featured on the British mainstream media and comes under the scrutiny of goverments and law enforcement agencies worldwide. all sorts of "interesting" IP addresses have turned up in our log files over the years.. We (both users and mods of this site) are not above the law, and the concept of recreational drug use is illegal worldwide (even if individual nations haven't caught up with certain substances yet). in most nations we are allowed as individuals to openly disagree with our laws, but there are still no "free speech" laws defending blatant criminal activity. The only reason individual drug use anecdotes are not investigated is that they are relatively minor crimes -however dealing of any kind (including selling anything as "medicine" or a "dietary supplement" or even "plant food") will get at the very least investigated. What makes this site different to others and why it took a bit longer to make a decision is that not everyone involved with this site is in one country - so we had to assess how the law stands worldwide...
people assume because this site has a very British/European feel that they are safeguarded by the liberal outlook to drugs that this continent has, but the reality is that even the EU Human Rights legislation (especially in its UK incarnation) which protects our free speech and expression has get out clauses specifically aimed at combating drugs use... Human Rights Act 1998 (c. 42) this shows that every human rights clause has a get-out clause below it! I do not know if similar clauses exist in other EU nations but would expect they do.. Quote:
