Subscriptions

We've had a few more cancellations than usual recently and I want to be sure there isn't a technical problem behind them. So if any of you are in doubt about how your subscription is behaving I'd appreciate hearing from you...

Thanks.

Hmm, just noticed that my subscription has been cancelled too. I did not request it but I have recently changed my card details so maybe it cancelled automatically. I only just clocked the email.

I'll re-subscribe later as I think the current subscription was only about 4 or 5 months in.

Actually yes! I went on my paypal account the other day at saw that my subscription had been cancelled without my requesting it. I emailed Paypal to ask why but they haven't got back to me yet.

Can't positively remember if I'm subscribed at present. I thought I'd re-subscribed a few months ago after a spell out of work, but can't see it in the paypal payments. Did it go through ?

This happened to me,

as the issue number was wrong on my paypal, so you have to update it
