Unfortunately I don't have the talent to do such drawings, but I wonder if you can do this with photos and something like the stretch function photoshop?
I could see some good jokes here; such as making people think there are small animals in buildings by pasting suitably stretched pics to walls/floors  --- Seriantia que quondam fuit Rollandi le Pettour in Hemingeston in comitatu Suff’, pro qua debuit facere die Natali Domini singulis annis coram domino rege unum saltum et sifflettum et unum bumbulum. 15 cans of Adnams..

he's wicked! Have seen some of his stuff a while back, but there are a few new ones on there, such as the bat man and robin one at the end! WOW!
