Sleeping......

Anyone else's internal clock all messed up cos of the xmas break? i was off for two weeks, mostly going to bed round 6ish. Last night couldn't get to sleep until 3.30am and had to get up at 5am. I fear tonight will be the same!

Anyone else like this?

Yup! Finally went to sleep at about 4.30 last night and got up at 7.30. Felt like total shit today.

Now going to go try getting to sleep a bit earlier tonight.

Had some really, really whizzy pills the other night on Sunday and went home fairly early as everyone had work... Anyway, found it very difficult to sleep so my mum suggested 3 Nurofen/Ibuprofen. I had the latter (400mg) and felt proper relaxed within the hour.

Or you could try weed/valis for the illegal options

I used to have really bad sleeping problems from a young age it lasted for years and then sorted itself out.Now i have a few problems going on at the moment and no money(which means i'm smoking less weed)
