I've got nicotine gum that i use during the week. I tell ya what tho i really don't feel the need to smoke, even today i only had two pieces of gum. If you have a poundland near you go there, guess how much a pack costs? Yep you guessed it a fecking pound!

I find it (sadly) ironic that Allen Carr did so well with stopping people from smoking, that he died from lung cancer. He was pretty sh*t hot tho, I read some of his stuff online and it really does work.

I'm not blowing sugar up DJ processes arse but he done us a trade with that nugget of info!
