wat kind of sentence am i looking at?

i was gripped with 170 pills on me. in my interview sed they were all mine for the summer, which is true, wat am i looking at? i have foned these legal advice lines but wanted to talk to sum real ppl.
its my first offence and wasnt caught with loadsa cash on me.

any advice appreciated.. am shitting my pants x

as no cash was found provided you get good legal / family support etc there's a chance of this being a suspended sentence and community service, but it can be a bit harsher for girls in city areas as they are often profiled as potential dealers.

if you have a fairly normal lifestyle/ and a job and your family are behind you and you act genuinely "remorseful" the criminal justice system tends to be more lenient.

You can always claim they were purchased in bulk as you didn't want to be constantly buying often contaminated / dangerous ones off street dealers, but you also have to spin it like you were naive and made a mistake and want to get "away from drugs culture..."

I'd just throw yourself at the mercy of the courts and hope for the best. also dress smart and be really polite to em. you'll be alrite, I know a few people that have been busted hard and got away with it. Good luck!

first offence is a big help, AFAIK. try ringin Release, i think its 24 hr..

ahh, jus reread ur post, u've already done that...

go and see a legal person, they should b able to give you a rough idea. there are sentencing guidelines, i'm not sure if you can get them on the web.

have they charged u with supply? cos thats gonna be worse.

Depending on how serious the charge is, u might get legal aid. If it was supply they charged u with, ur almost bound to get it.

Its good to get a solicitor that has done drug work, family solicitor types r supposed to be a bad idea.

I ended up just getting a caution!!!!! amazing! buzzin so hard rite now! guess theres hope for the legal system after all

A caution for 170 pills? very lucky...how did you manage that? 200hrs+ community service at least where i stay.
