Last Night was an A1, tip-top, clubbing, jam fair. It was a sandwich of fun, on ecstasy bread, wrapped up in a big bag like disco fudge. It doesn't get much better than that. I just wish that I could control these *fucking mood swings!*

Just had a full body aromatherapy massage. Going to have another alcohol free day today. Later I'll be playing poker from about 9pm and shall retire at around 1am.

I had a fried egg on toast for brekky and a cup of tea.

For dinner I will be enjoying bangers and mash with gravy mmmmm

Thanks, all good so far. The massage was amazing.
