omg know this gonna sound thick as fuk but why when i post a reply cant i get the txt im replyin to in little green section like everyone else does or just use a little bit of the quote to reply to,doubt anyone will even understand what im on about,but hey thats story of my life,xxxx

click on quote in the bottom right of the post, u can cut it down aswell just as long as u keep the start and the end [/quote] things

I will try and have a nice day. Atm I'm trying to motivate myself into going to the gym. I really need to work on getting my 6pack back. One and a half months of laziness have turned me into the muffin man and i don't like it. Fuck it time to go
