I am self-conscious. And to make things worse, I have anxiety and OCD. I wasn't always like this. But when high school started, things changed. I became this way when I started 9th grade. I'm now a senior(finishing high school early by taking classes at my local community college).
My insecureness and low self-esteem is keeping me from trying to talk to my crush. Whenever I see him, or know I'm gonna see him, I get really nervous. Like today, I was planning on saying hi to him, but I got so nervous that I broke out into a cold sweat, thought I was gonna throw up, and of course, got way too many butterflies in my stomach that I could handle.
I really want to be able to feel confident and talk to him, but I don't know how.
So how can I develop my confidence to try to talk to him?
Also, I only have 8 more chances of having something develop, and out of those 8 times, we'll probably be in each others company for no more than 10 minutes. But out of those 8 times, it's not guaranteed that I'll see him all those 8 times. Is it too late? The good thing is, we do know each other because our family's and brothers are friends. See we've been going out for like a year now and its been really miserable.

She's 24 and I'm 21 yrs.

Looks (her): tiny little 5'3 girl, looks adorable, really cute face, petite.

Acts Like (her): She doesn't do any drugs and never has, but she acts like she's on a natural/lifelong cocaine high. Go getter attitude, quick minded, super arrogant, really critical/judgemental of others. She often laughs at peoples misfortunes.

I think she developed this attitude as a coping mechanism earlier in life when she was going through family difficulty, so there is a heart somewhere in there.

Anyway, It's gotten really miserable because she's super clingy and needy. and she says thats its okay that I have my alone time (But she conveniently shows up EVERYwhere i go)
I've tried to end our relationship several times now, and she is just not having it. Everytime I tell her i dont want to be in a relationship with her, she goes through all of the stages of grief on me. and Its NOT pretty at all. she threatens me, threatens herself, blames me for stuff, blames herself, denial, bargains, rinse, repeat
