Jesus i'm regreting it badly. It took me ages to get rid of her and I bumped into her in the chemist when I was getting my script and I was really bord so I told her to come back to mine for a chat and stuff. But I should have known better. I feel really bad cos I;m really still in love with Kerry, and if she finds out about this there aint no hope of getting back with her.

Why do I do these things to myself? Self destructive behaviour I believe.

Well that may be delayed as i've just got back from the doctors cos I can't extend my arm fully and not even the doctor knows what it is. He said he's see alot of heroin related injurys in his time but this ones new to him. So I've been put on the physiotherapy waiting list. Which could take a while. He said it's probably nothing to do with injecting that's the funny thing.

I can't stand the job centre, its hot and full of no hopers, I had to go to a back to work thingy majiggy earlyer today. It was quite helpfull but most of the other people there couldn't be bothered and treated it like a school class room. I actually got another rejection today for being a trafic warden. Its a shame I always wanted to do that.

Whilst they may no longer be part of the local constabulary in some areas (although here they are now all PCSOs as well) and I know they keep the streets clear and increase road safety would you not have felt a bit hypocritical propping up a cornerstone of the system you have rebelled against?

also had you got it you would have to work closely with Council officials and the cops and I could see that as paranoia central if you were getting off drugs (your bosses would know your background and at least one of them would constantly be waiting for you to slip up...)

I worked as a civil servant for 4 years and leading that double life was a proper headfuck TBH...

I've just done 14 days without the alcohol or the sleeping tablets. And, things are just as rough. Ok, I WAS overdoing it with the alc and sleepers but I still need something to help me through this. I'm still going through hell.

Is getting better as time goes on but I still stick to my guns that a little green would make this bearable.

You really can't understand just how bad opiate withdrawals are unless you've been there. You'll do anything to relieve the mental trauma that just goes on and on for months.

DDD, I hear you on that head exploding thing. The other day my head was so exploding that I was deliberately crossing the road dangerously, not really caring if I got hit by a car. Since everything the doctor prescribes is pretty damn useless maybe I should move to california and get green on prescription... (if only i could afford it and they would let me into the country) :s

im also with you on that one, i have smoked weed 4 years and never seen it as a problem coz im always round it till ive got none, i used 2 take amphets every weekend then when i tried 2 to stop i have no motivation energy i could sleep the clock round i have no energy no motivation and now i CAN even get my hands on diazapam which i have been taking 2 come down off base or watever shit im taking im having anxeity realy bad

I feel anger after my Hep C treatment and my heroin addiction. ive been clean for some years and its taken that long to gain trust back.

I think two weeks clean is well done but in her eyes you will probebly fail as she has seen and heard it all before a million and one times....prove her wrong that is the only way to gain her trust back
