that shit is crazy, i know when i tried it was fucking horrible, i did it and then the next thing i remember i was violently shaking a book case, although i fucking hated it, being the curious sort i did it again and this time came round hitting myself repeatedely......never did again......not sure how long it lasted but i think i was only a couple of minutes of so....
