Made a mix today, how do I upload, its on CD, and if I try and upload it it says file size too large (772MB) and says the maximum size is 300MB.

I copied it and its saved as HardHouse.nrg, is this a file type that doestn work?

How is it possible to make it mp3/mp4?

I really wanna put this mix online, please advise, would be most appreciated.
