not only is this a creepy thing to do, it means that Sussex Police, backed by Facebook, Apple and the ISP's will get a load of extra training on how to increase their surveillance of the Internet, thanks to this scummy low life thief and it could well eventually impact on the wider freedom of expression of people from that area...
Quote:
A burglar, who stole several thousand pounds worth of equipment from his victim, logged onto her Facebook account to taunt her.
42-year old Victoria Richardson said her ordeal started when a thief stole her Toshiba laptop, her iPhone, a Nintendo DS, cash, debit cards and a few more items from her home in Hove, West Sussex.
The seemingly illiterate criminal then started posting status updates on her Facebook account where he said that "I have the laptop, phones ok but a bit scratched, tv was rubbish so i left it, ds was bonuss (sic). now to the porn shop i gooo , thankyou toshiba is my favourate make”.
He signed off saying "regards your nighttime burglar". Apple could possibly help and locate the stolen iPhone assuming that the smartphone has been used.
Mrs Richardson said that she felt very spooked adding that "It felt like they were rubbing my nose in it. They have been in your physical space, and then they are in your online space."
