Search engine search

I heard of a search engine which would allow you to input pictures (or music) and it would search for the locations that the picture was being shown. Can't remember the name, has anyone heard of anything like it?

Theres a music service.
You ring them up. Put phone to speaker. And its computers search their records for that track or part of track that matches it.

Wonder if it works for any underground stuff! I might ring up with an obvious fail tune, and then try and complain for monies after
