I think it might be time mate. My advice is to go and get shitfaced at a club and do some mandy. Dance like a loon and chat to people you don't know. Works for me.

Last Night was an A1, tip-top, clubbing, jam fair. It was a sandwich of fun, on ecstasy bread, wrapped up in a big bag like disco fudge. It doesn't get much better than that. I just wish that I could control these *fucking mood swings!*

Im going to learn to take things as they come, relax when things get manic and stop saying bad things about people (unless they are c*nts ofc )

Oh and go to more festivals!

And open a savings account!

And stop eating so much c*ap!

And get a full time job!

And win the lottery!

And start writing things down because my memory is shot!

i dont make resolutions as i think your already pre-programmed to break them as everybody knows no-one ever keeps there NYE resolutions (notfromthebook.notfromthebook.notfromthebook.:wink :). im just gonna stop doing certain things for a while. like no buying coke forceable future, no doing coke end of feb. No ket till maybe festie season, but tbh i think ive seen enough and i actualy feel about K now as i did when i stopped smoking weed, that i was glad id given it up rather than feeling wistfull for it.. and to SORT MY FUCKING SHIT OUT!

Another resolution is to train hard and get my 6 pack back. Takes ages to achieve one and only take a couple weeks of heavy eating / drinking to lose the fucker!

YouTube - chemtrails , a song by beck

Over a month ago this same topic, "Chemical Trails", was brought to My attention. Unfortunately (for Me) on that day I missed My opportunity to write about it, but I have not forgotten. How could I? Those tree (3) certain "Chemical Trails" were definitely marked, patterned, etched in the sky. Yes, like that One in your link, Sir Interesting Garden, and this time I am Not passing it up. Thank you very much.

I was hiking inside Plain O! Say Here in good Old Texas, starting out actually, and right there at Big Lake (a quarter mile from the ranch house) I saw tree (3) reflections of what glistened (sparkled lustrous) above Me off of Plano's Big Lake crystal clear water 'below' Me (very UNusual, REigning true). Tree (3) huge, and I mean, " H U G E " H U G E " H U G E " criss Crosses, as big as tree (3) Lone Star States it seemed (a big Country even), moving back and forth slowly, from low wind generated waves. I stood there, Sir Interesting Garden, as still as the Live Oak tree (3) above Me also, on that concrete Chisholm Trail for what seemed to be the longest time. I remember feeling somewhat guilty for being lazy, I was supposed to be hiking (BAC the ΣΧercise PAC). Anyway, in a Memory that I will Never forget, there above Me, and 'below' Me, as clear as White crystal; tree (3) criss Crosses on Norman Shields.

keep trying (over 1000 time in 15 years for me)
make your tries special i.e. not twice a day or every second day.
get an active hobby one where you get out of breath (MMA worked for me)
conquer you inner demons. when you stop they will haunt you and make you want to smoke them to the back of your mind.
smoke if you want to. don't think poor me i want to smoke but i can't. you've got to want to stop.
think 'do i realy want this fag. is it going to give me what want'
if as a smoker i could have 'smoked' the feeling that i have grown used to in my body and my mind as a non smoker, then that would be the best fag ever and it would make sense to smoke. each time i smoked a fag i wanted that 'feel good' factor inside me. fags just made me feel more shit. each one full of promise but each one a dissapointment.
at best they scratched an 'itch' that they had created in the first place. at worst they put a 'damp cloth' over my mind, choked my soul and lessened my life-force or aura.
why take drugs if they are no good??
