Rant attack!!!
I really don't like it when people have to scoop low to make an attack at you. Especially when they mention your family and think they have you all "sussed" and even more so when they were your ex good friend. I've had a cry, now i'm angry but i won't allow myself to go down to that level, i can't say anything personal back 'cos i'd be just as bad. Fucking hell though, it doesn't half hurt for a while  I don't really want anyone to reply to this, i just want to get it out a little bit ^_^ Grrrr, it's not worth my energy!!! >_< Chodes!!! My stupid fucking laptop won't connect to the Internet for some bizarre reason! Having to use me bros computer. It was fine yesterday but not today, Sometimes i really dislike technology. It was invented solely to give me the fucking arse......Plus i need a ciggy like ten men on horseback! Why oh why did i choose to give up this week!!

spraind my right ancle on sat night walking home .... still not healed properly ...
to top it off ... i fucking sprained my left ancle tossing and turning in bed last night in the hot weather trying to sleep ... woke up this morning v tired to go to work .. and had to hobble like a 90 year old to the station
